OUTREACH: Heroes Month Certificate Nomination Form

Nominate Your Hero

We all know of a “hero” who has made a positive impact on our personal lives or our community. Whether it be a neighbor who goes the extra mile for someone in need, a teacher who reignites our love for learning, or a coach who helps us achieve our goals, there is no shortage of kindness amongst my constituents.

When I served you in the State Senate, we passed Senate Concurrent Resolution 97, which designated every October as “California Heroes Month." The idea to introduce this resolution came to me from a constituent who felt that everyday heroes should receive appreciation. In honor of this year’s California Heroes Month, I am asking for your help to recognize the people who make our community such a wonderful place to live, work, and play.

Who is your hero that deserves recognition? Nominate them below! All nominees will be invited to an upcoming event in October and receive a County Certificate of Recognition signed by myself.

Nominees must live in the Second Supervisorial District—click here to see if your hero lives in District 2.
